Ringtones are a great add-on to sell when fans want to buy your music. Everyone sells mp3's of their music now, and it's getting to the point that people also expect their favorite bands to offer their latest hit as a ringtone.
I spent $2.99 a few months ago to get Mims "This is why I'm Hot" ringtone.
